I am not a big cook. I don’t have pots and pans all taking up the burners while having something in the oven. If you are looking for a large extravagant kitchen, this will not be it. Most likely, I will keep to the basics, and may even consider doing my Hungry Man microwave meals for most of my cooking. This will depend on my financial resources available to me. Nonetheless, there are mostly appliances in the kitchen. You would have a coffee maker. Since it is just me, a 4-5 cup coffee maker is more than sufficient for my needs. While I had very little experiences in coffee maker, my previous one is a Mr. Coffee, and that had lasted years. The coffee maker will likely sit on the counter space next to the sink. This will make it easier to fill up the coffee maker with water for the next pour.

I will also have an advanced refrigerator. One thing I will really like is a water dispenser that can handle 1 liter bottles of water. If I can find something like that, then I won’t need gallons of jugs full of water. A good size freezer will also be appreciated. For the freezer, a top load, or side-by-side will be preferable.

The microwave oven will be a 1kwh microwave. Right now, I press a button for 30 second increments. And while it works most of the time, I will rather have something that I can designate the timer without having to do 30 second increments. I will also want my microwave oven to have a turn-table for the most even cooking possible.

For my stove, I will have 4 induction cooktops. I am choosing induction for safety, and efficiency. With induction, the cooktop does not get hot, and all of the heat is transfered to the cookware rather than wasting while going to the air. I will need special cookware, but this will not be an issue if I had $1,000,000. As for the oven, 400°F is 400°F whether in electric or gas. Since there is no gas line, there is no gas option.
