Floor 1 will be extended to connect to the garage. This will eliminate the outdoor space on the first floor, but will be replaced with the outdoor space on the second floor From front to back, it will be living room (with lavatory), dining room, kitchen and then garage connected to the kitchen. This will make things easier when bringing in groceries after driving from the grocery store.
