In this room will be the incoming water line, and outgoing sewage lines. The water will have multiple branches for multiple roles, but everything will fit into one bill. The water room will have the tankless hot water systems, and the manifolds. For potable water, there will be a reverse osmosis system to clean the water. This makes the water from the faucet as clean, or cleaner than the water you are buying an a store. All of the pipes are color coded, each manifold line will be clearly identified, therefore assuring that there is no mistake on which line needs to be worked on. Having a 3 branch water line though will increase the minimum line size which will increase the base price of the water bill.
