This floor will have 2 rooms only. This floor is not much to speak of, but could be a primary room as I am regularly in front of my computer, and if I have nothing else to do, I will be working on webpages, and while I can do that anywhere in my house since I will have a notebook PC, the office is nearly not needed. In addition, there will be lavatory to allow me to quickly use the toilet without having to go to one of the lower floors.
Since I will be high up, I will not hear any doorbell chimes, so if I am not expecting someone, I may not answer the door even though I am home. The visitor will have to call me to let me know that they wish to visit. Since I will have an entire house to my ownership, I don’t have to worry about putting the communications closet in the office. This is because a completely dedicated room will be devoted for communications capabilities.
