This room will take up almost the entirety of the third floor. The reason for this is to have a good sized room for multiple desks, and multiple options for computers. I would doubt it with just $1,000,000, I don’t see me having foster children, but if I did, and they would want to be in the same room as the printer, then they can sit with me in the office. They will likely need a desk. There will be 2 L Shape desks, and 1 corner desk. While not the best scenery (facing the corner), the desk will work when the need to use it arises.
With that said, and assuming that I am living by myself, the desks will be more than enough space. I will own a MacBook Pro if I had $1,000,000 and therefore will still use a second PC with MS Windows in a virtual machine? for when I need to print postage on the envelope. This is because the metering service only supports Windows which is not a wise move in my opinion, but I don’t own the company, and can make no executive decision.
