A toilet and a sink. Not much to say more about this. However, this space will allow a visitor to access the toilet if they should need to without having to travel to another floor. There is no shower, nor bathtub which is why it is just a lavatory. The room will be as small as possible, and will hopefully be under the stairs as a space saving feature.
